NON IMMIGRANT VISAS
There are so many types of non immigrant visas i.e for uk but visa hub specializes in
(a) Visitor visa (General)
Visitors can stay in the UK for a maximum of six months at any one time. If you want to visit family or friends in the UK or to come as a tourist you should apply as a general visitor. To visit the UK in this capacity you must be able to show that
|
you intend to visit the UK for no more than six months; |
|
you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit, and |
|
you have enough money to support yourself and live in the UK without working or needing any help from public funds. |
You should include all the documents you can to show that you qualify for entry to the UK as a visitor. If you do not, we may refuse your application.
As a guide, you should include:

bank statements, payslips, or some other evidence to show that you can pay for the trip and that you have enough money to support yourself and any dependants without working or getting any help from public funds, and |
|
evidence that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit (for example, a letter from your employer). |
If you are visiting family or friends you will need
|
a letter from your sponsor (the person you are visiting) explaining your relationship with them and the purpose of your visit, and |
|
a copy of the bio-data page (the page containing their photograph) of their UK passport or, if they are not a UK national, evidence of their immigration status in the United Kingdom. |
If your sponsor will be supporting you during your visit, or paying for the cost of the visit, you will need:
|
payslips, bank statements, or some other evidence to show that they have enough money to support you. |

Tier 1 Visa (General Migrant) |
(b) Tier 1 (General)
Migrant of the Points Based System was launched for foreign nationals living in the UK on 29 February 2008 and replaced the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP).

Points are awarded for what are called "Attributes", for which you need to score a minimum of 75 points. These are awarded for:

Age; |
|
Qualifications; |
|
Previous earnings and |
|
UK experience. |
Separate points are given for English language ability (10 points) and the availability of funds for maintenance (10 points). In addition to reaching the pass mark for the attributes you must demonstrate that you have the level of English prescribed in the Immigration Rules and produce evidence of the required funds. Entry Clearance Officers will only award points for the sections for where you have indicated that you wish to claim them, and for which you have supplied the required supporting evidence.
