FRESH PASSPORT:
01. Date of Birth (any one)
(a) Matric Certificate
(b) Birth Certificate issued by Municipal authority.
(c) Affadavit confirming date of birth.
02. Address Proof (any one)
(a) Election Identity Card
(b) Electricity Bill
(c) Water Supply Bill
(d) Bank Statement ( running)
(e) Telephone bill
(f) Ration card
(g) Gas connection bill
(h) Spouse passport copy
03. Four Color Photograph (having white background)
RE-ISSUE OR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT:
01. Photo- copy of Previous Passport (first two pages & last two pages)
02. Address Proof (a) Election Identity Card
(b) Electricity Bill
(c) Water Supply Bill
(d) Bank Statement (running)
(e) Telephone bill
(f) Ration card
(g) Gas connection bill
(h) Spouse passport copy
03. Four Color Photograph (having white background)
Charges:
Rs 1000/- Passport office fee.
Rs 800/- as our service charge for collecting documents and submitting application.
Terms and conditions
- We will not be reasponsible for any wrong information given by you.
- You have to pay online Rs 100 as a confirmation before we send executive to your place to collect your documents.
- Balance money can be paid by cash/cheque.(in favour of Naukri Solution)
- You have to give original documents with form which will be returned on the same day at your place.
- Please check the Id card of the executive or confirm from the office before giving original documents.
